By using the All Hair & Beauty website, creating an account, or booking online, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our online services.
Bookings and deposits
- Online booking requests are subject to confirmation. A deposit may be required for certain services, paid securely via Stripe.
- Deposits are applied to your appointment total unless our cancellation policy states otherwise.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce service time or require rescheduling.
- To cancel or reschedule, contact the salon as soon as possible. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- Information you provide must be accurate. You may update contact details in your account settings.
- We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or harass staff or other clients.
In the salon
We welcome all textures and expect respectful conduct towards our team and other clients. We may refuse service where behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or incompatible with professional care.
Products and academy
Product descriptions and prices on the site are guide information; final pricing is confirmed at purchase. Academy enquiries are subject to separate programme terms provided at enrolment.
Limitation of liability
We provide the website and booking tools with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes
